Highway Code Updates

DVSA has updated or deleted 18 questions in the revision questions banks for car and motorbike, some of which affect HGV and PCV, too. They are mainly around SORN, CBT, name changes (from DSA and VOSA to DVSA), and some modifications in preparation for tax disc changes on 1 October 2014.
